I have a special interest in weight control and management. My approach to weight loss combines hypnosis with cognitive behaviour therapy. C.B.T consists of techniques and approaches that help to modify a persons thoughts and behaviours around food. C.B.T focuses on feelings, thoughts and behaviour. I will help you recognise that 'quick fix' diets are not the way forward. You will learn how to change your habits of activity and eating over the long term. Hypnosis can help you think, feel and act in certain ways. It can help with self-esteem and motivation as well as helping you to re-programme your eating habits. Smoking Cessation

For the majority of smokers, smoking starts at a young age through a conscious decision and before long becomes an addictive habit. You begin to rely on cigarettes in certain situations and associate smoking with certain activities.
